森町空手道場、新極真会森町道場です。
保護者を対象とした健康コースです。 光陽くんと百春くんのお父さんが参加してくれました。光陽くんのお父さんは初めての参加です。ストレッチ運動は皆さん大変そうです。
筋力運動、空手の突きは皆さんいい感じです。百春お父さん、蹴りもいい感じです。
後半は道場生の稽古です。コンビネーション、移動、型を行い、特に型を重点的に稽古しました。全体的にほんのりとした雰囲気で楽しく出来ました。光陽くん百春くんお父さんお疲れ様でした。次回もお持ちしております。
帰る時、こひつじ保育園から見える駒ヶ岳に夕日が差してきれいでした。左右対称の姿にほんとに双子山ですね。
Morimachi Karate Dojo and Shinkyokushinkai Morimachi Dojo.This is a health course for parents.Koyo-kun and Hyakuharu-kun's father participated.Koyo-kun's father is participating for the first time.Stretching exercise seems to be difficult for everyone.Muscle exercise and karate thrust are all nice.Hyakuharu Dad, kicking is also good.The second half is the practice of dojo students.We practiced combinations, movements, and molds, with particular emphasis on molds.Overall, it was fun with a slight atmosphere.Koyo-kun, Hyakuharu-kun, thank you for your father.I will bring it again next time.After the lesson, the sunset was beautiful over Mt. Komagatake seen from Kohitsuji Nursery School.It's a twin mountain with a symmetrical appearance.
