北斗大野道場2021年稽古始め

北斗市空手道場、新極真会北斗大野道場です。2021年稽古始めですがトオルくん休みです。ちょっと寂しいね。基本、型、移動、ミットの順で進めました。最後は黙想で締めました。全体的にいい感じで、豆拳士凛々しく感じました。今年も期待してますよ。

Hokuto City Karate Dojo, Shinkyokushinkai Hokuto Ono Dojo.It's the beginning of training in 2021, but Toru-kun is off.I'm a little lonely.I proceeded in the order of basic, type, movement, and mitt.The end was closed with meditation.Overall, it felt good, and I felt dignified as a bean fist.I'm looking forward to this year as well.
