北斗市空手道場、新極真会北斗大野道場です。
豆拳士整列です。基本はそれぞれ元気で、自由気ままでいい感じですが、号令に合わず整列時と違ってバラバラでした。 元気が一番、これでいいぞ！ 型、移動稽古、そして相対稽古です。 元気よく蹴り、しっかり受ける。いい感じです。中途半端でないのが良いね。
次回も勢いよく頼むね。
