森町空手道場、新極真会森町道場です。

今日も寒いです。こひつじ保育園は、暑すぎず寒すぎず良い感じです。この環境に感謝です。　基本、縄跳び、シャトルゲームをしました。　みんな動きが良いです。　キッズクラスクラス終了後はジュニア・一般クラスで移動、型の稽古です。

立ち方、突き方など皆さん揃うようになってきました。　今日は充実感ある稽古でした。

次回も頑張ろうね。

Morimachi Karate Dojo and Shinkyokushinkai Morimachi Dojo.It's cold today as well.Kohitsuji nursery school feels good, not too hot and not too cold.Thank you for this environment.Basically, I played a skipping rope and a shuttle game.Everyone is moving well.After the kids class, we will move to the junior / general class and practice the pattern.Everyone has come to have the same way of standing and thrusting.It was a fulfilling practice today.Let's do our best next time.
